Stretch, Laugh, Repeat
There's something delightfully disarming about downward dog with a baby goat standing on your back. Goat Yoga at Glean for Good pairs a real yoga practice — guided stretches, breathing, a little quiet — with the joyful chaos of a small herd wandering, nibbling, and occasionally photobombing your poses.
It's not about getting it perfect. It's about laughing more than you stretch, and leaving a little lighter than you came.
Sessions are held right here on the farm and led through our partner studio, Bee Fit SD. Bring a mat (or borrow one of ours), wear something you don't mind getting a little goat-kissed, and come ready for a workout that's equal parts core strength and pure joy.
